Nakuru hosts T&E courses this weekend

The Kenya Rugby Union will conduct a First Aid In Rugby and a Strength and Condition level one courses at the Afraha High School in Nakuru this weekend.
The two courses will take place on Saturday 22nd and 23rd September from 8:30am on both days. All participants must complete the following online tests prior to arrival at the course:

The two courses will be a mixture of classroom and light practical tests so all applicants are required to bring appropriate clothing for the tests.
