
The Simba resumed training on Saturday morning ahead of the upcoming two match test series at home to Hong Kong on Sunday 20 August and Saturday 26 August respectively.
The side , currently ranked 25th in the World rugby rankings claimed second place at the just concluded Africa Gold Cup, garnering a total of 16 points off three wins ( 100-10 v Tunisia, 45-25 v Senegal, 41-22 v Zimbabwe), a draw (33-33 v Uganda) and a solitary 7-45 loss to eventual champions Namibia.

They will head into the matches against 24th ranked Hong Kong seeking to replicate last year’s 34-10 win in Nairobi and climb further upwards in the rankings.
