With the National Sevens Circuit just weeks away and both Shujaa and the Lionesses coming off a successful season, the Kenya Rugby Union has organized a National Sevens Seminar aimed at enhancing club technical teams’ preparedness for the upcoming campaign.
The seminar will focus on:

Sharing insights and collecting ideas from the 2023/24 season.

Outlining the selection framework for national team players.

Covering key performance strands: Strength & Conditioning, Medical, Tactical, and Technical.
The sessions will be led by KRU High Performance staff, including:

Coaching: Kevin Mwema, Dennis Mwanja, Simon Odongo, and Louise Kisia

S&C: Geoffrey Onyango and Andrew Amonde

Medical: Lameck Bogonko, Levyce Kituyi, and John Elly
