All roads will be leading to Embu for the fourth leg of the 2025 National sevens circuit-The EMBU7S scheduled for 23rd and 24th of August at the Njukiri Showground.

Following the Christie Sevens draw, the Division One pools have now been confirmed and promise exciting matchups. Current log leaders KCB headline Pool A, where they will square off against Daystar Falcons, Mwamba RFC, and tournament hosts Embu RFC. Pool B features Strathmore Leos as the top seed, joined by Impala RFC, Kabras Sugar, and  promoted Kabete Stallions from Division Two. In Pool C, Menengai Oilers lead the charge alongside fellow Nakuru-based side Nakuru RFC, Nondescripts, and Mean Machine, who mark their long-awaited return to Division One rugby. Rounding off the draw, Pool D brings together Kenya Harlequin, Catholic Monks, MMUST, and invitational side Zetech Oaks.

In the division two,there will be five pools with 4 teams each totalling to twenty teams.Of the 20,invitation was based on the following criteria:Affiliate clubs had five slots,central region based sides had eight slots ,five slots were given to teams based of perfomance while the remaining two slots were issued to teams from other regions.Consequently the division two pools are as follows:

Pool A: AP Warriors,TUM Marines, Dedan Marshalls, KCA University

Pool B:Homeboyz RFC,Northern Suburbs,JKUAT Cougars,Nyeri Polytechnic

Pool C:Kiambu Rugby,NYS Spades,Kirinyaga Stallions,Jeremiah Nyaga TTC

Pool D:KU Blak Blad,Kabarak University,Murang`a Trojans,MKU Thika

Pool E:Western Bulls ,Makueni RFC,Chuka University,Jackals.

In the ladies category there will be two tiers ,with tier one forming Pool A as tier two forms Pool B as folows:

Tier 1 -Pool A :Mwamba RFC,Kenya Harlequin FC,Impala RFC ,Northern Suburbs

Tier 2-Pool B:NYS ladies,Ruck IT Rugby,Meru Ladies,Murang`a Trojans.
