Francis Mwita’s converted try put KCB 7-0 up before the hosts, playing their first ever top flight fixture at home before Brian Kevince drilled over a penalty for the home side.

Peter Kilonzo’s converted try after the restart put KCB 14-3 up but Kevince added his second penalty, keeping Kisii in touch at 14-6.

Essau Otieno’s third conversion from Rocky Aguko’s try made it 21-6 and it soon was 26-6 from Mwita’s second of the afternoon before Arthur Owira landed the game’s final try,Otieno sure with the conversion, 33-6 at full time.
