The Kenya Rugby Union has officially complied with the requirements of section 47 of the Sports Act of 2013 and has been duly registered as a National Sports Organization by Sports Registrar Rose Wasike.
This milestone hands the KRU the official government mandate to exclusively run the sport of rugby union in the country.
