Reference is made to the above subject matter.
Clubs are advised that with the conclusion of the regular 15-a-side season on 18th April, 2023, the 2023/2024 transfer window opened on 19th April 2023 and will close exactly 2 weeks before the commencement of the National Sevens Circuit, that is 10th June 2023.
With this regard, kindly note any transfer not completed before June 10th, 2023 shall have to be
concluded during the next transfer window. Clubs are advised to ensure all their players are duly registered and the documentation presented to the secretariat.
