- Uganda Only Qualified one team (Stanbic Black Pirates) into the Semi Final Competitions they will host Nondescripts in Semi Final 1 at Kings Park Arena in Bweyogerere. Kabras Sugar will play against Menengai Oilers in Semi Final 2
- The tournament will be played in a Knockout format qualifiying 2 teams into the Finals.
