The Kenya Rugby Union has confirmed the dates and venues for the 2023 National Sevens Circuit.

Eldoret returns as a host venue for the first time since 2018, the Rift Valley Town hosting the first leg on 24/25 June.

The second leg will be hosted in Kisumu on 1/2 July before Mombasa plays host to the third leg on 8/9 July.

The circuit will then break for the World Rugby U20 Trophy that will be held in Kenya from 15-30 July before resuming with the Prinsloo 7s in Nakuru on 5/6 August.

Nairobi will play host to the final two rounds with the Christie 7s on 12/13 August and the George Mwangi Kabeberi Memorial 7s on 19/20 August.
