The 2019 Stanbic Bank National Sevens Circuit kicks off on the 20th of July at the Bull Ring in Kakamega. The first leg, Kakamega7s will be hosted by Western Bulls and Kabras Sugar RFC. The George Mwangi Kabeberi7s is the second leg of the series and will be hosted in Meru on the 27th and 28th of July at the Kinoru Stadium.

The Sevens caravan will take a break on the 3rd and 4th of August before resuming to action in Kisumu for the Dala7s. The tournament will be played at the Mamboleo Showgrounds. Top Fry Nakuru RFC will then welcome teams to Nakuru town for the 4th leg of the series at the Nakuru Athletics Club on the 17th and 18th of August.

On the 24th of August, teams will have their second break off the Sevens Series before embarking on the penultimate round in Nairobi, the Christie7s on the 31st of August and 1st of September before curtains fall on the 2019 series at the Mombasa Sports Club on the 7th and 8th of September for the Driftwood7s.

17th/18th August – Prinsloo7s, Nakuru Athletics Club

7th/8th Sept – Driftwood7s, Mombasa Sports Club
