The Kenya Rugby Union will hold a World Rugby Level 1 officiating course at the RFUEA Ground on Sunday 28 November 2021.

This course is a women-only course and has attracted a total of 30 participants.

Commenting on the upcoming course, Kenya Rugby Union (KRU) Training and Education Co-ordinator Malik Ndemi said, “ This course is part of a deliberate effort by the KRU to grow the game among women.  We have already witnessed an upsurge in player numbers and it is important that we continue to grow interest and motivate more women to take up the game through these types of initiatives.

Former Kenyan internationals Sarah Agola and Adelaide Nasambu, who have since made the transition to officiating will run the course and will be supported by Paul Kilonzo.
