Week six of the KRU Championship league takes place in six different Counties this Saturday: Mombasa, Nairobi, Nakuru and Trans Nzoia.

USIU is currently top of the log are hosting fifth place Kisumu RFC. USIU is the only unbeaten team in the league while Kisumu have won three matches, drawn one and lost one match, a performance that sees them sit fifth on the table with 16 points. The second game in Nairobi sees second place Western Bulls travel to Karen to play the Catholic Monks who are third on the log. Bulls have won four matches and drawn one while Monks have won four and lost one match. The two are separated by a point each; Western Bulls have 19 points while Monks have 18 points.

Resolution Kisii RFC travels to Mombasa County for their match against Regional Logistics Mombasa RFC. The two sides were relegated to this league after finishing their 2017/2018 Kenya Cup season in the eleventh and twelfth position. Currently, Kisii are fourth on the log with 17 points while Mombasa are eighth with nine points. South Coast Pirates host Masinde Muliro University in the second Coast Region fixture. MMUST have two wins to their name and three losses, they are seventh on the log with nine points while Pirates are yet to win a match. The hosts are 12th on the log with a total of 3 points.

Nakuru hosts the University derby as Egerton Wasps play University of Eldoret. Egerton are ninth on the log with two wins and three losses while University of Eldoret is eleventh with four points. Trans Nzoia County sees Kitale host sixth place Ngong RFC at the KIHBT Grounds.

All the matches will kick off at 4:00pm in their respective venues.
