Shujaa remain eighth after Vancouver

A massive 19 point haul in Canada sees Shujaa consolidate eighth place on the HSBC Sevens World Series standings. Innocent Simiyu’s charges have 64 points, six adrift of seventh placed England on 70 and 23 more than ninth placed Samoa.

South Africa sit atop the standings with 109 points, just eight more than second placed Fiji on 101 points.

Meanwhile, the pools for the seventh round of the HSBC Sevens World Series, the Cathay Pacific/ HSBC Hong Kong Sevens will be announced at 2.00pm EAT by the Hong Kong Rugby Union.
