There were wins for defending champions Ofafa Jericho and Lenana as the Prescott Cup kicked off on Saturday 20 May at the Lenana School.
Hosts Lenana started their campaign with a 21-8 victory over Upper Hill. Defending champions Ofafa Jericho won the second Pool A fixture, defeating Nairobi School 46-3.
Rift Valley Academy benefitted from a 28-0 walkover over Dagoretti while the fixture between Mang’u and Alliance is to be played at a later date.
There were two fixtures in the Damu Changa reserve league, Lenana played out a 7-7 draw with Upper Hill as Ofafa Jericho defeated Nairobi School 16-0.
