Fhatuwani “Rasta” Rasivhenge will be in charge of Saturday’s second test between Kenya and Hong Kong at the RFUEA Ground.
The South African has been a regular on the Sevens World Series since 2011 and joined the Super Rugby referees’ roster in 2016.
