Governance at Kenya Rugby Union

Leadership Structure
KRU leadership is delivered through two core structures:

• The Board, which provides strategic oversight and policy direction.
• The Secretariat, which leads day to day operations and implementation.

Together, these structures ensure continuity between long-term strategy and operational delivery.
